Added "Evidence last reviewed: May 2026" timestamps to the rankings page, all kashrut guides, supplement guides, and testing pages. Site premise is evidence currency — dates should be visible.

Upgraded all cross-links to the parent site from generic homepage links to page-specific deep links. Rankings page now links to EBL's specific supplement category pages. EBL supplement pages link back to relevant KL kashrut guides and rankings.

Omega-3 (REDUCE-IT, PMID 30415628) and Vitamin D3 (VITAL, PMID 31733345) evidence cards reviewed and graded. Both assigned Tier 1 / Grade A. Nordic Naturals and Bluebonnet kosher certifications confirmed against OU and OK registries.
