Biomarkers to Track

Not every blood marker matters. These are the ones with the strongest longitudinal evidence for tracking longevity progress:

  • Epigenetic age (TruAge PACE) — annual
  • Omega-3 index — every 4 months while supplementing, then annual
  • hsCRP, HbA1c, ApoB — every 6 months
  • 25-OH Vitamin D — quarterly during supplementation, then bi-annual
  • Fasting insulin & lipids — annual
